I recently took a trip to the Apple Store. I bought myself a nice new, iPod Touch 16GB. Right out of the box there was a dead pixel. Yes a single dead pixel. Yes, yes, I know you may not think that one pixel is a big deal but, if I am going to pay $400 for a product, especially a product from Apple. I expect the product to perfect, before anything goes wrong or I do something stupid with the product.
Thank you Apple for replacing my iPod Touch. Way to take care of your customers.
