Ever needed help with on your Mac, iPod, software or anything "Apple". There are many user forums on the Apple support page crowded with many people waiting to answer questions. Answer a question and you may be rewarded with points from the person you helped (If they choose to do so). This can be very helpful if you dont feel like calling AppleCare, or making a trip to an Apple Retail Store.
